1. Referral and advertising service
The Site is an independent advertising and referral service. We are not a contractor and do not perform HVAC, electrical, refrigerant, gas, construction, or repair work of any kind. Calls and requests made through the Site may be forwarded to a participating local contractor or other participating independent contractors. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
2. No guarantees about contractors
Participating contractors are expected to hold the licenses and insurance required in California. However, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for any contractor's licensing, insurance, availability, pricing, quality of work, warranties, conduct, or compliance with law. You are responsible for verifying a contractor's license (for example, through the California Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov) and for evaluating any quote before hiring.
3. Informational content only
Content on the Site, including troubleshooting tips, is general information only. It is not professional, engineering, legal, or safety advice. HVAC work involves high-voltage electricity, refrigerant under pressure, natural gas and combustion gases. Do not attempt work you are not qualified to perform. Your use of any information on the Site is at your own risk.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SacramentoACRepairs.com and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from services performed by any contractor, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
